At Mini Museum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of history. If you are not delighted with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and display cases are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once our curators inspect the items.
